Arthur and Jayne are a husband and wife team who have a passion about food. Having the background and growing up with indian and Asian to Mediterranean food. They have travelled to and lived in different parts of the World so they have sampled first hand, the different styles of cooking and the use of the correct herbs and spices to give their dishes that authentic taste.
Arthur's mother was born in Hong Kong In which over the
Years he Gained the skills of asian cuisine of which she passed onto him,
Along with living there for 3 years he visits asia every year to
update on current trends and new ideas.
Arthur cooks all his food from fresh, locally purchased produce in his own home. Then he will transport it to anywhere in the country, where it will be prepared to a high standard and presented to your guests by his hand picked waiting staff selected for their friendly
disposition and willingness to help.
Jayne ensures that the produce used is to a consistently high standard and that hygiene is second to none. All the food transported is done in special freezer/cooler boxes to ensure that it is kept fresh and ready to prepare and serve on arrival.
Whether it is British, Indian,Chinese, Thai or European
Mediterranean cuisine or a mixture of all the choice is yours.
